I remember posting about Avamys. The nasal spray I used for my allergic Rhinitis. And in my worpress analytics it seems that I get a high traffic coming from the key word “avamys”. A whopping 14 visits from search alone. Any case I’m not using Avamys now. I am using a cheaper product from Unilab, but I feel is just as effective. I remember a friend telling me that it has the same active ingredient but a different carrier ingredient. The design of the bottle just seems very awkward compared to the very sleek Avamys. ![During my 10 hour stay in Bagiuo over the weekend I was finally able to visit the infamous Ben Cab museum.
Luckily picture taking is allowed and I was able to take photos of a few of the many many interesting pieces residing in the well architectured museum.
In this Museum, you will find: a breath taking view of Benguet, a Cafe (Cafe Sabel) serving Ben Cab’s own recipe (Chicken Paprika) and the rarest collection of art pieces by various Masters.

After lunch with Ben Cab himself, My UP Iris orgmates and I saw some Awesome art pieces.

Unfortunately, while on the way we saw the remnants of the trash landslide a few years back. Baguio doesn’t seem to have a “solid” solid waste management system. Hopefully the local government in time will be able to resolve issues like this so that we can finally move on from worrying about pollution problems and instead be able to have some piece of mind and be able to enjoy and fully appreciate humanity and art.](http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m0cs97Sa8q1qzj0xzo1_r6_400.jpg)
